SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much is shipping?

Good news! We offer Free Uk shipping All costs are paid (Signed for Delivery, fully tracked) by Retro Etch so no extra charge in the UK.

For international shipping we charge a flat rate of £25

(International Signed for Delivery)

How long should I wait to receive my engraving?

We try to proceed asap once the order has been placed and we usually dispatch within 3/4 working days of order, however during busy spells dispatch times may take longer.

How is the wall art packaged for delivery?

At Retro Etch we want you to receive your wall art in pristine condition. Each piece is individually packaged and well protected with plastic corner protectors, shrink wrapped before being placed in cardboard packaging

RETURNS POLICY

Do you accept returns?

We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

We accept returns within 14 days, you will have to send back the wall art in its original packaging and purchase insurance for the postage.


We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages.


ORDERING

How do I place an order?

Add the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Continue Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions. 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa/Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express using secure and trusted WorldPay, we also accept PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team by emailing info@retroetch.co.uk. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. 

We are unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual items. You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one. 

ABOUT MY PRODUCT

Why are there tonal variations across the engraving? 

This is what makes each piece beautifully unique. The process of laser engraving physically burns the wood. The variations of density of the wood grain and the oils in the wood will have subtle effects on the way the laser engraves this produces lovely visual variations. Wood is a natural product so no two engravings will be the same. 

How do I hang my wall art?

For simplicity our wall art requires a single wall fixing to hang. However, due to the weight of the art we strongly suggest a heavy duty wall fixing using the appropriate fixings for your wall type, if in any doubt please seek proffesional advice. We take no responsibility for inappropriate hanging of the wall art. 

Upon arrival my wall art have a faint smell of burnt wood?

 The process of laser engraving physically burns the image into the surface of the wood. The burnt wood smell is very subtle and perfectly normal and will fade within a very short period of time.

Retro Etch only sells reproductions of work that we have obtained reproduction licensing rights to.

Yes, we take cyber security very seriously, that is why all orders go via a secure third party, PayPal and WorldPay visa/MasterCard.
